E. Washington St. Alley Murals
The alley murals were a project collaboration between Mainstreet Shelbyville and BRCF. The project was funded by a grant from Indiana Arts Commission, a donation made by the Indiana Grand Casino, and BRCF funds. The alley is intended to look like a hallway in a historical home, with murals on the walls, chandeliers hung from above, and benches to sit on.
